I work in construction recruitment across North Carolina and Virginia, partnering with General Contractors of all sizes - from some of the biggest ENR firms to smaller, growing businesses. I support roles right across the board, working with Engineers, Superintendents, Project Managers, and Pre-Con teams. I’m involved in the full process from start to finish, and what I enjoy most is building solid relationships and helping both clients and candidates find the right fit.

  • Working with General Contractors across the commercial construction market in the Carolinas and Virginia.

  • Full 360 recruitment - everything from business development and client relationships through to sourcing candidates and getting them onboarded.

  • Keeping things simple, honest, and making sure both sides get a great service.
