I started my career in sports coaching in schools, which over time I then moved into full-time football, coaching across non-league (academy & senior) and gaining brief experience with a few professional clubs, before transitioning into recruitment. I initially specialised in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) within the UK market, and over time progressed into MEP and General Contracting across the US, where I now focus on the Data Centre sector. What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity recruitment provides to genuinely change your life, whether that’s building financial security, investing, or creating the freedom to enjoy experiences and travel.
