Having progressed from Recruitment Coordinator through to Senior Business Manager and now Head of Contract Staffing, she bring extensive experience across business development, account management, candidate delivery and team leadership. Throughout her career, she's have partnered with clients and candidates to deliver recruitment solutions across operational, professional and leadership positions, with a particular focus on understanding client requirements and providing the right talent to meet their needs. Her background in both recruitment and customer facing environments has enabled her to develop a relationship led approach, combining commercial awareness with a strong understanding of candidate and client expectations.
