About the Role

Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain the project schedule, identifying and resolving delays proactively.
Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
Perform quality control inspections and oversee punch list completion.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and project logistics.

Requirements

5+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project momentum.
Knowledge of construction management software such as Procore is advantageous.
Willingness to relocate to Statesboro, GA for the duration of the project.
