Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule, identifying and resolving delays proactively.
• Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Perform quality control inspections and oversee punch list completion.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and project logistics.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project momentum.
• Knowledge of construction management software such as Procore is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Statesboro, GA for the duration of the project.

Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Location: Statesboro, Georgia (Relocation Required)
Salary:$120,000–$130,000 + Per Diem (for the right candidate)

We're partnering with a well-established General Contractor to recruit an experienced Superintendent for a large ground-up multifamily development in Statesboro, GA.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a strong pipeline of work. The initial project is expected to last approximately two years, after which you'll transition directly onto the company's next project.
