Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a technical or B2B environment
• Experience within HVAC/R or related industries is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
