About the Role

Role Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing a defined territory, market segment, or customer base, focusing on delivering sustainable HVAC/R products and service solutions. This role emphasizes driving revenue growth through strong client relationships, value-based selling, and identifying both expansion opportunities within existing accounts and new business across untapped markets.


Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Identify, map, and maintain regular contact with key decision-makers through in-person, phone, and virtual interactions
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and uncovering opportunities to provide value-driven solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and differentiate offerings within the competitive landscape
• Drive business development efforts by promoting products and services to both existing and prospective clients
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to track activity, manage pipelines, and forecast territory performance
• Stay engaged in the local market through industry organizations, networking, and professional development activities

About the Candidate

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales or growth targets
• Strong commitment to integrity, quality, and professional standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Resilient problem-solver with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt quickly
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a technical or B2B environment
• Experience within HVAC/R or related industries is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Fully remote position
