The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery in line with contractual, financial, and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction handover through closeout
• Developing, maintaining, and tracking project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinating with field supervision to ensure labor productivity, quality control, and milestone achievement
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure full scope understanding
• Overseeing procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Managing change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Monitoring project costs, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project requirements
• Leading coordination meetings with clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Supporting field operations by resolving technical and logistical issues
• Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and updates
• Ensuring timely project closeout including final documentation, punch lists, and billing support
• Identifying project risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical construction project management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cost control processes
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Understanding of construction safety practices and compliance requirements
• Experience working with field teams, subcontractors, and clients in a construction setting
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to attend job sites as required
