The Role
We’re looking for a Superintendent
with strong drywall and interior systems experience to oversee daily field operations on major commercial projects near Orangeburg, NY. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of workmanship, schedule, and safety.
You’ll serve as the company’s on-site leader — ensuring that all drywall, framing, and finishing work is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest level of quality.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate field operations, including drywall, framing, ceiling, and finish crews

Manage daily site logistics, manpower, and subcontractor activities

Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and safety standards

Communicate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain schedule and resolve field issues

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Review and interpret drawings, submittals, and change orders

Lead site meetings, track progress, and report updates to project management

Promote and enforce company safety culture and OSHA compliance

Support closeout activities, punch lists, and final inspections
