My client is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Business Development Representative to support the continued growth of their Commercial Service Division across New York City.
This is a relationship-driven sales position focused on developing new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships with property management groups, and expanding recurring commercial service accounts throughout NYC. The role reports directly to the Service Director and offers strong long-term growth potential within an established and growing organization.
We are looking for someone with a strong personality, excellent relationship-building ability, and a proactive approach to business development. This role will spend significant time in the field meeting with property managers, supers, facility managers, and commercial building operators to identify service opportunities and grow recurring revenue accounts.
This is not an operations-focused role. Once projects are sold and approved, work is handed off internally to the Service Operations team for execution.
Candidates coming from commercial construction sales, glazing, windows, façades, building services, or property management backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
