Favourite thing about working at Just Construction:
  • I think it must be the culture. Everyone is very different and there isn’t a requirement to be like anyone else. It’s a very nurturing environment where they understand what it’s like to come into a new space…especially sales. All the managers have been so helpful in guiding me to where I am.
