About the Role

The National Commercial Roofing Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our national market presence. Based in our Fort Worth office, you will lead and mentor a team of regional sales professionals, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners across the United States. This role requires a proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the national commercial construction
  • Plan Sales: Figure out how to sell more roofing across the country.
  • Lead a Team: Manage and help our salespeople in different regions.
  • Find Big Customers: Connect with important customers like building owners and developers.
  • Know the Market: Keep up with what's happening in the commercial roofing world.
  • Track Sales: Keep an eye on sales numbers and tell us how things are going.
  • Work with Other Teams: Talk to the people who do the actual roofing work.
  • Go to Events: Represent our company at industry events.
  • Make Sales Better: Find ways to improve how we sell.

About the Candidate

  • Good experience selling commercial roofing (at least 7-10 years).
  • A history of hitting sales targets.
  • Experience leading a sales team.
  • Good knowledge of commercial roofing.
  • Understanding of the construction business.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Good with computers.
  • Willing to travel.
