• Lead the delivery of automation and controls packages across large-scale commercial and mission-critical data center projects
• Manage project lifecycle from preconstruction and design coordination through installation, commissioning, and handover
• Coordinate with electrical contractors, controls integrators, general contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Oversee building automation systems (BAS), PLC controls, and integration with electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Support design reviews and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure automation systems meet project specifications and operational requirements
• Coordinate commissioning activities, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable system performance
• Provide technical guidance on automation, controls, and electrical integration across mission-critical facilities
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to senior leadership and clients
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company quality standards
• Travel to project sites across the United States to oversee project execution and support site teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal project teams

• Proven experience managing automation or controls projects within the electrical or building systems industry
• Strong background working on large-scale commercial construction or mission-critical data center projects
• Experience overseeing building automation systems (BAS), PLC controls, and integration with electrical and mechanical systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, power distribution, and controls integration within commercial facilities
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, engineers, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders
• Knowledge of commissioning processes, system testing, and startup for automation and control systems
• Familiarity with industry standards, electrical codes, and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation and control systems
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites across the United States as required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
