Our client is one of the nations most respected commercial general contractors, specializing in restaurant, retail and commercial construction projects for nationally recognized brands. Due to continued growth across the United States, they are looking to hire an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee projects from groundbreaking through final turnover.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys travelling while delivering high-quality commercial construction projects.

• Lead commercial restaurant construction projects from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors on site
• Maintain project schedules and drive milestones
• Conduct daily site supervision and quality inspections
• Ensure subcontractors meet safety and quality expectations
• Plan and coordinate inspections
• Review construction drawings and identify potential issues before work begins
• Manage site logistics and sequencing
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings
• Prepare look-ahead schedules
• Review shop drawings and field layouts
• Generate RFIs and coordinate design clarifications
• Monitor project budgets alongside the Project Manager
• Maintain daily reports using Procore
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain an organized jobsite
• Coordinate project turnover and punch list completion

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial General Contractor
• Strong experience building restaurants (ground-up and/or renovations)
• Experience managing subcontractors rather than self-performing work
• Strong scheduling and sequencing skills
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S.
• Procore experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license
