We are seeking a  builder at heart  who thrives in active, complex project environments. This role is designed for a field professional who is eager to take on expanded responsibilities and grow within an entrepreneurial, integrated development platform.

You will lead field operations across a diverse portfolio, including healthcare, higher education, corporate office tenant improvements (TI), and mixed-use core & shell projects.

• Field Leadership:  Oversee daily field operations for diversified commercial and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Operational Coordination:  Manage schedules, daily reports, subcontractor workflows, and site-specific safety plans.
• Preconstruction Support:  Contribute to logistics planning and scheduling during the preconstruction phase to set projects up for success.
• Project Lifecycle Management:  Drive project ramp-ups and closeouts to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaboration:  Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Superintendents to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.

• Experience:  5–15 years of field experience (Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Field Engineer) with a General Contractor or self-perform contractor.
• Technical Expertise:  Strong background in  Interiors/TI or Core & Shell  construction. Experience with tilt-wall or drywall self-perform operations is a significant plus.
• Tech-Savvy:  Demonstrated proficiency in modern scheduling software and construction technology.
• The "Builder" Mindset:  A humble, hungry, and smart leader who is comfortable transitioning from a large corporate environment to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Mobility:  Willingness to travel for short- to mid-term assignments to support regional and national build-to-suit portfolios.
