We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a growing commercial electrical contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical professional who can lead field crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Oversee installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with the NEC, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and schedule.
• Identify and resolve field issues and communicate changes to project management.
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety.
• Assist with material take-offs, ordering, and tracking as required.
• Train, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices on the crew.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and the NEC.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate field crews.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage changing priorities.
• OSHA training and relevant electrical certifications are preferred.
