About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Tenant Improvement (TI) Superintendent
to join a leading General Contractor delivering high-quality commercial interior projects across the Metro Atlanta area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent with a dedicated commercial interiors background who is confident leading projects independently from preconstruction through completion.
Must-Have Experience
- Dedicated commercial Tenant Improvement (TI)/ interior construction experience.
- Proven ability to independently manage commercial interior renovations and fit-out projects.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on active occupied and unoccupied sites.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
