• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities

• Execute and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers to meet project requirements and resolve issues

• Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project goals

• Lead by example in enforcing safety standards and procedures

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and partners

• Attend and actively participate in project meetings

• Prepare and submit regular progress and safety reports

• Minimum 10 years of experience in field construction management as a Lead Superintendent

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Proven experience with retail, hospitality, automotive dealership, or other commercial construction projects

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant construction management tools

• Willing and able to travel as required
