Seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee all site activities for large-scale mixed-use and multifamily projects. Responsible for managing field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, budgets, safety, and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Oversee field operations and manage subcontractors.

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

• Review contracts, scopes, submittals, and change orders.

• Ensure compliance with construction documents, codes, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients.

• Prepare daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.

• Lead weekly subcontractor and project meetings.

• 10+ years’ experience as a Commercial/Multi-Family Superintendent.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality control.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required).

• Experience with construction management software; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
