A well-established commercial glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Glazing Superintendent to oversee field operations across commercial storefront, curtain wall and window wall projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial glazing and be comfortable managing crews, coordinating with Project Managers and General Contractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Starting compensation is expected to be around $65,000–$85,000, with flexibility for highly experienced candidates. Senior-level Superintendents may earn $100,000+ depending on experience.

• Supervise glazing crews across commercial construction projects
• Manage day-to-day field installation activities
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and site requirements
• Oversee installation of storefront, curtain wall and window wall systems
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors and other trades
• Monitor project progress and communicate field updates
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality
• Ensure installations meet project specifications
• Maintain strong site safety standards
• Track labor, productivity and material requirements
• Assist with scheduling and sequencing of field activities
• Coordinate deliveries and material staging
• Manage punch-list and closeout activities
• Provide leadership and direction to glazing crews

• Commercial glazing experience required
• Previous Superintendent, Foreman or Lead Glazier experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of storefront, curtain wall and/or window wall systems
• Ability to read architectural and shop drawings
• Strong understanding of glazing installation methods and sequencing
• Proven ability to manage field crews
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with GCs, subcontractors and internal project teams
• Strong understanding of construction safety
• Non-union commercial experience preferred
