The company is currently looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of a 10,000+ sq. ft. waterfront custom residence in Stuart, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who enjoys working on highly detailed, architecturally complex homes and wants to take ownership of a prestigious one-off residential project from the field.

The Superintendent will take primary responsibility for the day-to-day field operations of a 10,000+ sq. ft. waterfront custom residence in Stuart.

Responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of all onsite construction activities from start through completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors and specialty trades.
• Establish and maintain the project schedule and ensure work remains on track.
• Coordinate daily activities and sequencing between trades.
• Conduct regular quality-control inspections.
• Ensure construction is completed in accordance with plans, specifications and the required quality standards.
• Review plans and identify potential conflicts or issues before they impact construction.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, owner, architect and design team.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries and material coordination.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication across the jobsite.
• Monitor workmanship, safety and jobsite standards.
• Manage punch list activities through final completion.
• Help coordinate inspections, commissioning and final closeout.
• Maintain a professional relationship with the homeowner and project stakeholders throughout construction.
• Ensure the residence is delivered to the exceptionally high standards expected of a luxury custom home.

We are looking for an experienced Custom Home Superintendent with a proven background overseeing the construction of luxury residential properties.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of construction experience, with significant high-end custom home experience.
• Proven experience managing luxury residential projects valued at $5M+.
• Experience overseeing large-scale custom residences, ideally 8,000–10,000+ sq. ft.
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, architectural details and residential building systems.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and specialty trades.
• Strong understanding of project schedules, sequencing and quality control.
• Experience working directly with owners, architects, designers and project management teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction means, methods and best practices.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe and organized jobsite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues before they impact the project.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to take complete ownership of the field operation.

Waterfront construction experience would be highly advantageous, particularly experience working around complex site logistics, elevated finish expectations and specialty exterior work.
