Seeking an experienced  Luxury Custom Home Superintendent  to oversee construction and renovation projects ranging from  $2M–$7M. This role requires managing  2–4 concurrent projects  in a common geographic area while maintaining high standards of quality, schedule, and client satisfaction

• 5+ years  experience in luxury custom home construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read plans, specs, and manage detailed finishes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA certification preferred

• Manage daily on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion
• Enforce quality control and jobsite safety standards
• Serve as on-site point of contact for clients, designers, and inspectors
• Maintain daily reports, photos, and jobsite documentation
