We are a Houston-based regional general contractor specializing in the construction of large-scale industrial warehouses and distribution facilities throughout the Houston market.

Our projects typically range from 60,000 to 300,000+ square feet, including ground-up warehouses, distribution centers, logistics facilities, manufacturing buildings, and other large industrial developments.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations and take ownership of project execution from mobilization through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on large ground-up industrial projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
• Plan and sequence work to maintain schedule and productivity
• Conduct daily coordination and subcontractor meetings
• Review plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Identify conflicts and coordinate solutions with the Project Manager and design team
• Monitor workmanship and ensure construction meets project plans and specifications

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large ground-up projects
• Experience with industrial warehouses, distribution centers, logistics facilities, or manufacturing buildings strongly preferred
• Experience managing projects in the 60,000–300,000+ square foot range
• Strong knowledge of ground-up construction and building systems
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and construction sequencing
