Our client is an award-winning commercial General Contractor specializing in restaurant, retail and commercial construction throughout South Florida.

Due to continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee restaurant construction projects across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

• Manage restaurant construction projects from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate all subcontractors on site
• Drive project schedules and critical milestones
• Conduct daily site supervision
• Maintain quality control throughout construction
• Schedule inspections and coordinate permitting
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
• Review drawings and identify field conflicts
• Generate RFIs and coordinate design clarifications
• Review shop drawings
• Maintain two-week look-ahead schedules
• Complete daily reports using Procore
• Ensure OSHA compliance and jobsite safety
• Coordinate project closeout and punch lists
• Protect budgets by working closely with the Project Manager
• Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining exceptional workmanship

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
• Previous restaurant construction experience is required
• Experience with commercial interiors and ground-up projects preferred
• Strong scheduling skills
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors
• Procore experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Florida driver's license
