We are partnering with a leading commercial contractor to hire multiple Superintendents to support complex, high-profile construction projects across the major local markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager who enjoys owning projects from preconstruction through closeout and working alongside experienced field and executive teams.

• Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations and supervise subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule
• Coordinate and enforce project safety standards and maintain compliance with all OSHA and company safety requirements
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to support project milestones and field productivity
• Collaborate with project management teams to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify field conflicts, construction risks, and schedule impacts while implementing corrective actions
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, manpower planning, and material deliveries prior to and during mobilization
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all work complies with project specifications and contract documents
• Support change order implementation, field documentation, and daily reporting requirements
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accurate field execution
• Lead subcontractor meetings, site coordination meetings, and daily communication with owners, inspectors, and project teams
• Monitor project progress and workforce productivity to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Ensure field operations maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and overall site organization throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
• 1–5+ years of experience in commercial construction with increasing field leadership responsibilities
• Minimum of 2 years working for a commercial general contractor
• Proficiency with scheduling and construction management software including Primavera, CM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, safety regulations, quality control, scheduling, and field operations
