Project Management & Execution: Direct and manage all on-site construction activities, including daily operations, scheduling, and project sequencing for subcontractors and field personnel. Ensure all work adheres strictly to blueprints, project specifications, and building codes, including Miami-Dade's specific regulations.

Quality & Safety Oversight: Be the ultimate authority on jobsite safety, enforcing all corporate and OSHA safety protocols. Conduct regular site inspections, lead weekly safety meetings, and proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards. Ensure a high standard of craftsmanship and quality control throughout the project.

Scheduling & Logistics: Develop, maintain, and update the project schedule to ensure key milestones and completion dates are met. Coordinate all material deliveries, equipment staging, and temporary utilities, managing site logistics to minimize disruption, especially in occupied buildings.

Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the Project Manager, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication, including preparing and submitting daily reports, progress updates, and change order requests.

Budget & Punch List Management: Assist in monitoring the project budget and identifying potential cost overruns. Efficiently manage the punch list and project closeout process, ensuring all final inspections are approved and the project is handed over to the client's satisfaction.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects, with a proven track record in high-end remodels and tenant renovations.

Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.

Thorough knowledge of all construction trades, methods, and sequences.

Proficiency with construction management software ( e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project ).

Strong understanding of building codes and local Miami-Dade permitting processes.

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
