About the Role
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience delivering ground-up commercial shell/base building projects
- Ability to lead a project independently from site mobilization through turnover
- Strong knowledge across all construction disciplines, including:
- Sitework and utilities
- Concrete and structural steel
- Building envelope
- MEP coordination
- Interior build-out coordination
- Scheduling and sequencing
- Quality control and safety management
- Experience managing subcontractors, field personnel, and client relationships
- Proficient in reading construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

I am currently looking for an experienced Ground-Up Superintendent with a proven track record of leading shell/base building projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage projects independently, overseeing all on-site operations while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
