About the Candidate
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop comprehensive construction plans alongside the project team.
-
Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans/specifications and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.

Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with scope, quality standards, building codes, and contract documents.

Review and adapt project schedules based on field conditions and progress.
-
Implement and uphold quality control practices throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Coordinate and execute pre-mobilization activities in conjunction with the project team.
-
Conduct inspections and audits of job site activities, ensuring adherence to standards.
-
Attend and actively participate in project turnover, mobilization, coordination, owner, and closeout meetings.
-
Direct and sequence daily work activities for personnel, engineers, and subcontractors.
-
Optimize the use of tools and equipment to support efficient project delivery.
-
Lead weekly Superintendent and Site Safety meetings as needed.
-
Mentor and support Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and other assigned staff.
-
Conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
-
Maintain accurate daily project reports and forecasts for labor and material needs.
-
Contribute to RFP presentations when required.
-
Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.

Work closely with the Senior Superintendent to manage subcontractors and suppliers.

Identify and proactively resolve potential construction delays.
-
Assist in identifying and pursuing future business development opportunities.
-
Maintain assigned company assets in good working order.

Support the Project Manager with schedule updates and planning for assigned areas.

Enforce and promote safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures.
-
Serve as a professional ambassador of the company, embodying its core values.

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful project execution.
