Technical Candidate Evaluation
- Conduct formal technical interviews with construction professionals
- Assess candidate suitability across data center and mission critical projects
- Evaluate experience across MEP systems, commissioning, construction operations, and project delivery
- Provide structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations
Internal Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with recruiting and sales teams to understand hiring requirements
- Assist with technical role scoping and market alignment
- Identify transferable experience and leveling gaps early in the process
- Support accurate qualification of construction and commissioning talent
Industry & Market Expertise
- Act as an internal SME across hyperscale and mission critical construction
- Advise on construction sequencing, project delivery structures, and technical skill alignment
- Support hiring strategies across electrical, mechanical, commissioning, and project controls disciplines
Candidate & Client Experience
- Ensure a professional and consultative interview process
- Accurately communicate project expectations and role requirements
- Maintain high standards of candidate quality and representation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within Data Center, Mission Critical, or Industrial Construction
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing
- Experience within hyperscale or critical infrastructure environments preferred
- Ability to technically evaluate construction professionals across multiple disciplines
- Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
