We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to join our team in Catterick and oversee our ongoing and upcoming projects in the region.

Job Summary

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring that drylining projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate site teams, liaise with clients, and manage health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.

• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.

• Resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

• Ensure materials and resources are managed efficiently.

• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the drylining or construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of drylining techniques, materials, and installation processes.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in site management software and reporting tools.

• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Qualifications

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification .

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card .

• First Aid at Work certification.

• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent qualification.
