• Manages estimating and take-offs to ensure awarded projects are achievable within contract quotes and scheduled timelines

• Plans and oversees all aspects of contract administration, including executing and directing project activities, supervising field installations, mentoring field staff, and maintaining strong client relationships

• Coordinates and participates in meetings with technicians, trade contractors, and suppliers to review project progress, shop drawing needs, and material deliveries, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet objectives

• Delegates tasks and monitors technician performance on assigned projects to guarantee completion within budget, on time, and according to quality standards

• Minimum of 10 years of recent experience in electrical service management
• Strong background in estimating, troubleshooting, and cost management including knowledge of cost elements, cost coding, and budget preparation
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, and related construction technology platforms
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal with solid interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Valid Journeyman or Master-level Electrical License strongly preferred
• Educational background in Construction Management or equivalent training or experience is preferred
• Familiarity with key vendors and suppliers in the electrical construction industry
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed for projects or client engagements
• Must successfully pass a post-offer background check and Motor Vehicle Record screening
