The pioneer advanced construction methodologies that emphasize efficiency and value, and are at the forefront of integrating virtual design and construction technologies to enhance project delivery.

• Develop highly accurate, high-level estimates during the earliest stages of design, often with minimal drawings or specifications.

• Leverage deep knowledge of the Austin subcontractor market to secure competitive pricing and ensure trade partner alignment in a high-demand environment.

• Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials that maintain the design intent while meeting the client's budget.

• Lead the bid process, including subcontractor pre-qualification, scope of work development, and comprehensive bid leveling.

• Collaborate with our Virtual Design and Construction team to utilize 3D models for quantity take-offs and visual estimating.

• Guide and develop junior estimating staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, transparency, and "People First" leadership.

• 10+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up projects exceeding $50M.

• A strong existing network of subcontractors and vendors within the Austin/Central Texas region.

• Mastery of estimating software such as WinEst , On-Screen Takeoff (OST) , Bluebeam , and exposure to Revit or other BIM/VDC tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot potential scope gaps before they become issues.

• Ability to present complex financial data clearly to Owners, Architects, and internal Executives.
