About the Client

I’m representing a DFW-based General Contractor that is fundamentally changing how jobsites are run. They’ve moved away from the old-school shouting matches and firefighting and replaced them with a specialised system that actually respects a Superintendent's time.

If you are a high-performing Superintendent who is tired of carrying the entire project on your back while your Senior Supers take the credit, or if you’ve hit a ceiling at a Mega-GC where you're just a number this is your exit ramp. We are looking for the Rising Star Super who is ready for a Senior title and the authority to run high-tech builds.

About the Role

  • astering the Flow: You won’t just "watch work." You’ll lead Pull Planning sessions with trade partners to ensure the sequence is flawless. No more "waiting on the sparkies" because the drywallers showed up early.

  • Mission Critical Strategy: You’ll oversee the most complex parts of the build—Commissioning (Cx), MEP integrations, and clean-room environments where there is zero margin for error.

  • Mentoring the "Pups": You’ll have a team of Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers. Your job is to train them to be as good as you are.

  • Safety as a Value: You’ll lead a jobsite where safety isn't a "check-the-box" activity, but a core part of the Servant Leadership culture.

About the Candidate

  • The "Mission Critical" Gut: You’ve spent years in the dirt on Data Centers, Hospitals, or Life Science projects. You understand the "lifeblood" of these buildings (the MEP systems) better than the engineers do.

  • 12–15+ Years of Field Grit: You started in the trades or came up through the field. You have the "scar tissue" from successful DFW builds to prove you can handle the pressure.

  • The Lean Mindset: You’re tired of the "old way" of building. You’re ready to use Outbuild or Link-it to coordinate your trades and shave weeks off the schedule.

  • Presence: When you walk into the trailer, people listen—not because you're loud, but because you're the most prepared person in the room.
