A leading general contractor is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with a strong background in large-scale acute care hospital construction.

These opportunities involve leading complex healthcare projects, working alongside established construction teams to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule and within budget.

Candidates must have proven experience managing acute care hospital projects and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale acute care hospital construction projects.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts and overall financial performance.

• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, quality control and safety compliance throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Identify and resolve project risks, programme issues and cost challenges.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations are consistently met.

• Oversee project documentation, change orders, cost reporting and progress meetings.

• Lead and develop project team members, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.

• Proven experience delivering large acute care hospital construction projects is essential.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction processes, project controls, scheduling and cost management.

• Experience managing complex projects, multiple subcontractors and large project teams.

• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and delivery.
