Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction

Location:  Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Experience:  7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
Project Size:  Ground-up projects up to $70M+

We are a well-established  regional general contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market, delivering complex ground-up construction projects across  Hospitality, Casinos, Municipal, Healthcare, Entertainment, and Education.

The Opportunity

The Senior Estimator will have significant ownership of the estimating and preconstruction process, from early conceptual budgeting through final bid and contract award.

You will be responsible for leading estimates on complex ground-up commercial projects, coordinating estimating efforts, developing budgets and bid strategies, and mentoring less-experienced estimators.

This is a key position within the organization with the opportunity to work on  high-profile projects valued up to $70M+  throughout the DFW market.

Project Experience

Experience with complex projects in one or more of the following sectors is strongly preferred:

• Hospitality & Hotels
• Casinos & Gaming Facilities
• Healthcare
• Municipal / Public Buildings
• Entertainment & Sports Facilities
• Higher Education & K-12
• Other complex commercial ground-up construction

Experience estimating projects in the  $25M–$70M+ range  is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proven experience leading estimates for complex ground-up commercial projects.
• Experience with projects valued at  $25M–$70M+  strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and costs.
