Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from award through final completion.
• Take full ownership of project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall performance.
• Lead project planning, procurement, scheduling, and execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Manage project financials, including billing, change orders, cost control, and forecasting.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate closely with General Contractors, Owners, Engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure field operations remain on schedule and within budget.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear communication to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project as required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Previous experience managing large-scale commercial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, project delivery, and the NEC.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Strong contract and change-order management experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software experience preferred.
