A well-established roofing contractor with over 40 years in the industry is seeking a Sales Manager to support continued growth in the North Carolina market. The company has completed hundreds of thousands of roofing projects nationwide and is built on a foundation of integrity, dependable service, and long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and restoration partners.

With strong production teams and experienced crews in place, the organization is known for consistent workmanship, predictable project delivery, and a customer-first approach across residential, restoration, and new construction roofing.

About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a growing sales team in North Carolina while driving revenue across residential roofing, new construction, and restoration markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, performance management, pipeline growth, and building strong relationships with builders, homeowners, and insurance/restoration partners.
 

  • Lead, train, and develop a team of roofing sales representatives
  • Drive revenue growth across residential, restoration, and new construction segments
  • Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, and industry partners
  • Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales reporting
  • Support field sales efforts including inspections, estimates, and closing deals
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and customer experience standards
  • Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region

 

About the Candidate

  • 5+ years of sales experience (roofing, construction, restoration, or home services preferred)
  • 2+ years in a leadership or sales management role
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of roofing systems or insurance restoration is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within North Carolina
