We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Contracts Manager to oversee and manage a range of roofing projects from inception to completion. This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the roofing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships.  

• Manage and oversee multiple roofing contracts simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients,maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
• Manage project finances, including cost control, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure all projects are completed to the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the roofing industry, with a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering a variety of roofing projects (residential, commercial, and refurbishment).
• Comprehensive knowledge of different roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong understanding of relevant building regulations, health and safety legislation, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant project management software and IT tools.
• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS Black Card) are highly desirable.
• A valid UK driving license.
