As the Operations Manager for Roofing & Cladding, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our project delivery from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that all roofing and cladding installations, as well as large-scale commercial solar PV systems (for both new build and refurbishment projects), are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple roofing and cladding projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
•  Inspire, manage, and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Uphold and enforce rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional quality on every project, conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Work closely with our board of directors to ensure client satisfaction, acting as a key point of contact for project-related matters.
• Leverage an extensive network of reliable supply chain partners to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
•  Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost-effective solutions.

• Demonstrable experience in an Operations Manager role within the roofing and cladding industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent understanding of project management principles and practices.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry-leading safety certifications.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
