About the Role
This position will lead the design function across roofing and cladding projects from pre-construction through to delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing design coordination, reviewing technical details, managing external consultants and suppliers, and ensuring all designs are delivered accurately and on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Design Manager looking to play a key role within a growing specialist contractor in Manchester.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and cladding design management with experience coordinating design teams, managing technical drawings, and working closely with clients, architects, and site teams. You will be commercially aware, organised, and confident managing multiple projects while ensuring designs meet programme, compliance, and quality standards.
