Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a challenging new opportunity? We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our growing team. This full-time role is crucial to our continued success, as you'll be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring they meet critical time, budget, and quality standards.
You'll be based on various sites throughout the UK, reporting to a Project Director, and will play a key role in leading and collaborating with site teams to achieve project goals.

• Lead and manage site operations, including daily supervision of subcontractors.

• Monitor project performance against established targets and forecast future progress.

• Efficiently organize site facilities and logistics.

• Requisition materials in line with procurement schedules and project timelines.

• Ensure strict compliance with all Health & Safety policies and regulations.

• Maintain rigorous quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

• A successful and proven track record in the roofing and cladding industry.

• The ability to interpret and work effectively from technical drawings.

• Exceptional time management skills , including prioritizing workload and meeting tight deadlines.

• Adaptability and resilience to work well under pressure and manage change.

• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project finances.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

• Proficiency in IT tools , including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

• Excellent business communication skills and a professional demeanor.

• A proven problem-solver .

• Hold valid SMSTS and First Aid at Work certifications.

• Possess a full UK Driving Licence .
