Our client is a well-established and rapidly expanding roofing and cladding specialist based in Birmingham. Built on a foundation of reliability, value, and high-quality craftsmanship, they have experienced significant growth, including the establishment of their own fabrication facility. This enables them to provide comprehensive and streamlined solutions to their clients. They are seeking a driven and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage their portfolio of roofing and cladding projects.

 

About the Role

  • Run multiple roofing and cladding projects.
  • Make sure projects are on time and within budget.
  • Manage contracts and deal with changes.
  • Talk to clients and keep them happy.
  • Make sure sites are safe.
  • Lead and organise teams.
  • Experience with metal roofing.
  • Experience with a company that makes its own materials.
