We are seeking an experienced and driven Roofing & Cladding Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the Midlands. • Manage multiple roofing, cladding, and associated construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in line with industry regulations and company procedures
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery
• Monitor project performance, including cost control, programme management, and quality assurance
• Support procurement processes and manage subcontractor performance
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management
• Ensure all works meet required specifications, standards, and client expectations

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing and cladding (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge of roofing, cladding systems, and ideally solar PV installations
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within construction
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively
• Full UK driving licence
