he Regional Quality Manager serves as the regional leader for the company's Quality Management Program, ensuring quality standards are embedded throughout every phase of project delivery. Working closely with both regional operations leadership and national quality leadership, this individual drives consistency, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and quality best practices across multiple construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and promote the regional QA/QC program and quality culture.
- Support project teams from preconstruction through closeout to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Mentor Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Quality Managers on quality best practices.
- Oversee Project Quality Plans, inspections, testing programs, audits, and risk assessments.
- Track QA/QC performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues.
- Collaborate with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal leadership to maintain quality standards.
- Support staffing, development, and oversight of project-based Quality Managers across the region.
