Typical project size:
Up to approximately $500K
- Manage commercial glazing projects from award through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, vendors and clients
- Review drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Track schedules, costs and deliverables
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and documentation
- Maintain communication with customers and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably
Project Manager II
For experienced Project Managers capable of handling larger and more complex commercial glazing projects.
Typical project size:
Up to approximately $750K
- Take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project stakeholders and field operations
- Coordinate procurement, fabrication, delivery and installation
- Manage budgets, schedules and change orders
- Work closely with estimating, operations and field management
- Identify and resolve project issues
- Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
Project Manager III / Senior Project Manager
For senior-level professionals with approximately 10+ years of relevant project management experience.
Typical project size:$100K to multi-million-dollar projects
- Manage large-scale commercial glazing and curtain wall projects
- Oversee projects from contract award through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, procurement and profitability
- Lead communication with clients, architects, GCs and subcontractors
- Review contracts, drawings and specifications
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals and closeout
- Coordinate closely with field crews and operations
- Identify and manage project risks
- Support and mentor junior Project Managers
