Job Details

Oversee all phases of custom home construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery.

Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and job site logistics.

Ensure all work meets quality standards, local building codes, and client expectations.

Lead weekly site meetings, provide progress updates, and resolve any field issues promptly.

Maintain detailed project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and punch lists.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and uphold a high level of service throughout the build process.

Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing custom and/or high-end residential home builds .

Deep understanding of construction practices, materials, and timelines unique to luxury residential work.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams effectively.

Proficiency with construction project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar).

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to job sites across the West Palm Beach area.
