Overview

A specialist interiors contractor is seeking an experienced Drylining Project Manager to oversee delivery of commercial office fit-out projects across Zones 1 and 2 in London. This is a permanent role managing full drylining packages on high-spec corporate workspaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage drylining, partitions, ceilings, and SFS packages from pre-start through to completion.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring progress meets programme targets.

• Coordinate site teams, labour, subcontractors, and materials.

• Run site meetings, produce weekly reports, and maintain up-to-date programme and progress records.

• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance.

• Support the commercial team with procurement, variations, and cost control.

• Ensure office fit-out standards are met, including inspections, snagging, and final sign-off.

• Build strong relationships with main contractors, client teams, and consultants.

Requirements

• Proven Project Manager or Senior Site Manager experience within drylining or interiors .

• Strong background delivering office fit-outs or commercial refurbishments.

• Deep understanding of drylining systems, SFS, partitions, ceilings, firestopping, and associated internals packages.

• Experience managing projects in Central London (Zone 1/2).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills.

• Commercially aware and comfortable working with budgets & procurement processes.

• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications required.
