About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects across London. The role will focus on drylining, fit-out, and joinery packages for high-quality commercial interiors, delivering projects with contract values typically between £100k and £1m.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing three live projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with prestigious clients in the commercial fit-out sector, including design & build contractors and well-known office interior specialists.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of multiple drylining, fit-out, and joinery projects concurrently.

  • Oversee all aspects of project management, from initial client briefing through to handover.

  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet programme and quality requirements.

  • Maintain strong client relationships with design & build contractors such as Loop Interiors, Peldon Rose, and Thirdway.

  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations across all projects.

  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage variations.

  • Chair site meetings and produce regular progress reports for clients and senior management

About the Candidate

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial fit-out and interiors sector.

  • Strong knowledge of drylining, partitioning, suspended ceilings, and joinery packages .

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

  • Competent in interpreting drawings and technical specifications.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.

  • SMSTS and CSCS (Black or Gold) card holders preferred.
