A well-established commercial glazing contractor is seeking Project Managers to support its growing glass and storefront division. The company handles projects ranging from approximately $100,000 to $2M–$3M, with experience across storefront, curtain wall and window wall systems.

The company is open to Project Managers at different levels, from candidates developing their careers in commercial glazing through to highly experienced Senior Project Managers with extensive industry knowledge.

• Manage commercial glazing projects from award through completion
• Coordinate storefront, curtain wall and window wall projects
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Manage project schedules, budgets and overall performance
• Coordinate materials, fabrication, deliveries and field installation
• Work closely with General Contractors, architects, owners and subcontractors
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and approvals
• Review project changes and coordinate change orders
• Track project costs, commitments and financial performance
• Coordinate with Field Superintendents and installation teams
• Monitor project progress and address issues affecting schedule or budget
• Attend project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with procurement and material planning
• Manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate punch-list, closeout and final completion activities

• Commercial glazing, storefront, curtain wall or window wall experience strongly preferred
• Previous Project Management experience within glazing or architectural metals preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
• Experience with project scheduling, budgets and cost control
• Strong communication and client-management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities
• Strong understanding of aluminum, glass and glazing systems
• Proficiency with standard construction/project management software
• Non-union commercial construction experience preferred
