We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established building envelope and façade contractor. This individual will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of commercial façade and exterior envelope projects from project turnover through final closeout.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in building envelope, architectural metal panels, ACM, louvers, curtain wall, glazing, storefront, roofing or related façade systems. This is a hands-on project management position requiring someone who understands how façade systems are engineered, fabricated, procured and installed - not simply someone with an administrative project management background.

Projects typically range from $250K to $15M+, with particular emphasis on candidates who have managed projects in the $2M–$4M range.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage façade and building envelope projects from turnover through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and procurement plans.
• Coordinate engineering, shop drawings, submittals and RFIs.
• Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Manage material procurement and coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, engineers and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, change orders and financial performance.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and profitability.
• Maintain strong communication with owners, general contractors, architects and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure proper installation, quality and project sequencing.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed in accordance with contract documents and specifications.
• Manage project documentation through platforms such as Procore.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates on schedule, budget and overall project performance.
• Manage punch list activities, final documentation and project closeout.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within façade, glazing, roofing, building envelope or related construction.
• Strong understanding of façade construction, installation and project sequencing.
• Experience managing projects from  $2M–$4M+  preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, procurement, cost control and subcontractor management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineering, fabrication and field teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout Texas.
• 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience  preferred.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred/required.
